Siew Ming is working on demand or with a limited stock. Stocked orders are processed within 15 working days, except holidays. On demand pieces might take longer to process, depending on the extent of the project. Time will be communicated via email before the actual order.
DELIVERY TIME

The shipping time can take up to 7 days. Once your order has been processed you will receive an email confirmation with your estimated delivery date or a tracking code.

DELIVERY ZONES

Siew Ming provides with worldwide delivery service by the Swiss Post.

TRACKING NUMBER

For deliveries outside of Switzerland: Once your order has left us, you will receive an email containing a tracking code to track its progress online.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION AND AMENDMENTS

Once your order has been placed, it is not possible to modify or add any items included in the order or change the recipient details or delivery address. Please note that incomplete or incorrect shipping adresses may result in your parcel being returned or abandoned. Any return shipping fees or loss of items is to be covered by the customer if this occurs.

DUTIES & TAXES

International orders are subject to the receiving country’s import fees, duties, taxes, or other fees. These funds are set by your home country’s government as per import/export regulations and charged by courier. We are not responsible for any of these duties, taxes, or other fees. If a parcel is returned to us because a customer refused to pay for any import taxes or customs duties due payable, the parcel’s refund will not include the shipping and return costs.

PAYMENT

Siew Ming accepts Mastercard, Visa, credit cards and PayPal. We do not accept American Express. For PayPal orders, these ones will only be processed once your PayPal transaction has been approved.

EXCHANGES

DAMAGES ON THE PURCHASE
Please send us an email within 7 business days with photos of the damaged item(s) and the original packing material visible. All damaged items will be exchanged.
